The communication with Paul was excellent and the customer service was wonderful! Paul came out on a Sunday, the weekend after Thanksgiving to fix our furnace to ensure we had heat. He was friendly and definitely knows what he is doing! He came prepared and double checked everything before he left. Will recommend this company to anyone and will keep them in mind down the road.
